Audience

This guide is intended for Admin users who are responsible for managing members within the FinalForms platform.

Purpose

The purpose of this guide is to help you add a new member to the system when a new inquiry is received.

Steps to Add a New Member

  1. Log in to your FinalForms account at https://oiaaa.finalforms-amp.com.

  2. Navigate to Manage > MembersNew Member.

  3. Fill in the required fields: First Name, Last Name, Email, and Member Type.

  4. Click on the Create Member button.

Confirmation

Once you have completed these steps, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to the new member, welcoming them to the platform!
