Why haven’t I received my confirmation email?

Keeping your email address up to date is essential for receiving important communications. If you find that the email address we have on file for you is incorrect, don’t worry! Here’s how you can get it corrected.


If You Can Log Into AMP account

  1. Log in to your AMP Member account.

  2. Click your name in the upper-right corner.

  3. Select Edit Profile.

  4. Update your email address and save your changes.

Your email will now be updated, and you’ll receive notifications at the new address.


If You Cannot Log Into FinalForms

If you’re unable to access your AMP member account, you’ll need help from your Association administrator or reach out to AMP Support
