How It Works

The AMP launch process consists of several key steps:

2. Account Confirmation Emails

Once the database import is complete, automated “Account Confirmation Instructions” emails are sent by the AMP Mailman to every contact in the database. This step is essential for ensuring that all members can confirm their accounts.

3. Account Activation

After receiving the confirmation email, members can click the confirmation link, set a password, and gain access to various features, including:

  • Updating their membership information

  • Editing forms and personal profiles

  • Managing mailing groups (such as school, sports, divisions, etc.)

  • Registering for events or conferences

  • Communicating with athletic directors and other members
