Steps to Regain Access
Follow these simple steps to get back into your account:
Go to the AMP website you're looking to access: amp.finalforms-amp.com
Click on the Login option under the Vendor icon, even if you are not yet a representative.
Enter your email address and click Submit.
If you see an error message stating “email address does not exist,” follow these steps:
Double-check the spelling of your email address and submit it again.
If the error persists, it’s possible that your AMP account is associated with a different email address. In this case, please contact AMP Support
Once your email is updated, check your inbox for an Account Confirmation Instructions email.
Click the link in the email, set your password, and log in to your account.
