Once evaluations are complete, it's time for Admins to take action by approving or denying the final award decisions. This step is crucial in the award granting process, and we’re here to help you navigate it smoothly.
Instructions
Follow these simple steps to approve or deny nominations:
Go to the Awards section.
Locate the nominations that are marked as “Open.”
Click on View/Controls.
Under Nomination Controls, select either Nomination Approved or Nomination Denied.
(Optional) Notify the State Chair with a message if you wish to provide additional context.
✅ To finalize an exclusive award, make sure to check Mark all remaining nominations as denied.
