How do I pay the NIAAA for my memberships?

The purpose of this guide is to empower FinalForms AMP Admins to efficiently report their memberships to the NIAAA. With the Direct Payments feature, sending your memberships has never been easier!
Important Note
Please note that this feature is exclusively available for IAAA or ADA associations.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Accessing Member Payment History
To get started, navigate to Manage-Member Payment History. Under the magnifying glass icon, click on "Owed to NIAAA".
Once you check the box and perform the search, the "Make NIAAA Payment" button will turn blue. Click on that button to proceed.
2. Selecting Membership Payments
On the next page, choose "Membership Payments" and continue through the forms.
3. Generating Your NIAAA Invoice
As you proceed through the forms, you will be prompted to generate your NIAAA Invoice. Here, you will select your dates and costs.
4. Creating Your Invoice
After completing all the forms, click the Create Invoice button at the bottom. Once you obtain your invoice, you're all set! The NIAAA will notify you when your invoice has been processed.
