This feature is designed to give FinalForms AMP Admins the flexibility to manage event registrations effectively. Once your event registration form is ready, you can easily open it to everyone. Purpose

The purpose of this guide is to empower FinalForms AMP Admins to open an event to all members and vendors once the event registration form is finalized.

How to Open Your Event

Once you have created an event for your association, follow these simple steps to open it:

  1. Go to Manage-All Events.

  2. Locate the event you want to open and click on the Edit button.

  3. Scroll down to the section labeled "Open to All Members?" and make sure to check that box. If your association includes vendors, you can also open your event to all vendors by selecting the "Auto Add All Vendors?" option.

  4. Once you have made your selections, click Save at the bottom of the page. Your event is now open to both members and vendors!

After opening the event, it’s a good idea to notify your members and vendors. You can send them an email to let them know that registration for the new event is now available in FinalForms AMP.
