How do I change my method of payment?

Welcome to our guide on how to change your payment method in FinalForms! Whether you initially chose to pay via check or purchase order (PO) and now want to switch to a credit card, or vice versa, we’re here to help you navigate the process smoothly.

Switching from Check or PO to Credit Card

If you initially indicated that you would pay via check or PO but now wish to change to a credit card, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log into your FinalForms AMP account.

  2. Navigate to your account settings located in the upper right corner of the page.

  3. Go to the Transactions section.

  4. Locate the pending payment invoice that was generated.

  5. Cancel that invoice to free up the fees.

  6. Once the fees are freed up, you can proceed through the checkout process again and select credit card as your payment method by clicking on the dollar sign icon at the top.

Switching from Credit Card to Check or PO

If you have already paid via credit card and now wish to switch to check or PO, please note that you will need to take a few additional steps:

  • Contact the association to request a refund for your previous credit card payment.

  • Once the refund is processed, new fees will be added back to your account, allowing you to pay again using your preferred method.
