The purpose of this guide is to empower FinalForms AMP Admins to easily create a new primary representative within their AMP Database. This is particularly useful when a new vendor inquiry arises or when there’s a need to update the best contact person for a company.

How to Create a New Primary Representative

Step 1: Access the Vendor Management Section

Begin by navigating to the Manage-Vendors section. Here, you can search for the company you wish to update. Simply type in the name of the company and click on it to open their profile.

Step 2: Locate the Company Representatives

Once you are on the company profile, scroll down to find the list of the company's representatives. Look for the representative you want to designate as the primary contact. Next to their name, you will see a small person icon.

For example, if you want to make someone the primary representative, look for the red person icon next to his name. Click on this icon to initiate the change.

Step 3: Confirm the Change

After clicking the person icon, it will change from red to green. This indicates that the person is now the primary representative for FinalForms in this example. Congratulations, you’ve successfully updated the primary representative!
