The purpose of this feature is to empower FinalForms AMP users with the ability to customize their email signatures, enhancing the professionalism and personalization of their email communications.

How to Customize Your Email Signature

Follow these simple steps to set up your custom email signature:

  1. When logged in, click on the settings icon and select Edit Profile.

  2. Scroll down to the Customization section and click on Set Custom Content. Here, you can add your custom signature in the format you prefer. Don’t forget to save your changes at the bottom of the page!

  3. If you want to see how your signature currently looks, click on the About section. This will show you the default signature if you haven’t made any changes yet. To update it, simply type in the blank box under Set Custom Content.

  4. Once you’ve saved your changes, navigate back to Manage Members (or any other section like Manage Vendors) to draft an email. When you open your email, you’ll see your new footer/signature included!
