Whenever you want to see a member's profile as they do, you can easily become that member. Follow these simple steps:

1. Go to the Manage Members section.

2. Search for the member you wish to become.

3. Click on the Actions button located on the right side of the member's profile.

4. Toggle down to select Become.

Once you become a member, you will be logged in as that member and can see everything they see. This is especially helpful if they are experiencing difficulties during the registration process or navigating the platform.

When you're done viewing the member's profile, logging out is just as easy:

• Click on the yellow button located at the top left of your screen.

• Alternatively, you can click on the member's profile name and scroll down to find the Log Out option.
