The bell icon serves as a quick and efficient way for FinalForms AMP Admins to engage with members. With just a few clicks, you can remind members about important actions they need to take, ensuring smooth communication and management within your organization.

How to Use the Bell Icon

Follow these simple steps to utilize the bell icon for member management:

  1. Navigate to the Manage Members section.

  2. Locate the bell icon next to the member's name. Clicking on this icon will present you with various options to prompt an activity. You can:

    • Resend a confirmation link

    • Send an updated invoice

    • Remind them to fill out forms

    • Send out membership cards

  3. Select the desired action from the dropdown menu. An email will be sent to the member based on the action you chose.

Important Note

If you notice that a specific item is missing from the dropdown menu, it indicates that the action has already been completed. For instance, if the "Prompt Payment" option is absent, it means the member either has no fees to pay or has already settled all their dues.
