The purpose of this feature is to empower FinalForms AMP Admins with the ability to search for any emails that have been sent through FinalForms AMP. This can be incredibly useful for tracking communications and reusing content as needed.

How to Search for Emails

Follow these simple steps to search for emails:

  1. Navigate to the Manage Emails section.

  2. In the search boxes, you can look for:

    • Who received the email

    • The subject of the email

    • Who sent the email

    • Date ranges

    Once you've entered your search criteria, click View on the right to see the message details.

  3. This page will display the message details that were sent to the member or vendor. You can easily copy and paste this email if you wish to reuse it for future communications.
